Google Maps Routing
You can now dynamically reroute directions provided by Google maps by dragging the computed route!
This is unbelieveably cool stuff - it works like a desktop app, flawlessly and fast, and it’s powered by AJAX alone.

I agree! I wanted directions for my holiday in Cornwall this year and went to Google Maps. I was annoyed initially because the route suggested went along the coast road and through Bodmin. I wanted to go down the A303 and around Bodmin. Two clicks later I had the route I wanted. Most impressive. I know that some fear Google will be the next evil empire, but until then, I for one am impressed with some of the stuff they have done.
I also like the fact that you can now hand draw your own routes on maps and mark boundaries etc.
